Convenient Pick-up

We ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes and US Territories via UPS mail with delivery confirmation. Usually, it takes around 15-20 working days for the order to arrive at your shipping destination.

If you need to expedite your order, we offer shipping upgrades in our checkout process for additional charges. However, there are certain International shipments that are not eligible for shipping upgrades.

Also, different items have different lead times and we consider the longest lead time. If your selected items have different lead times, we suggest you place multiple orders to receive few items faster over others.

Please check the estimated delivery day on our product page and select the date as per your preference at the cart.

The exception to Delivery Time Frame

Bad weather or any natural calamity may delay or postpone the shipment. We do not hold liability or refund the shipping charges for any such delay.

Your shipment may delay for security reasons as well. To protect you from any fraud, we might delay the shipment due to a verification process. In case of different billing and shipping addresses, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has the alternate shipping address available in their files.

For added security, every order will need an adult signature.

Custom Clearance

The local customs office of the destination country may or may not impose certain customs fees, import duties, taxes and compliance along with other government agency charges. The amount varies in different countries. When you place an order with us, we take full responsibility for customs clearance in our country. However, the recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required to clear customs at any other place. When your order will arrive at customs, you will be contacted by our shipper or may be directed by a customs officer to clear the customs charges.

We neither have any control nor are we responsible for any calculated custom duty and tax rates. We advise customers to contact the customs officer in their country to get the actual amount.

Certificate of Authenticity

All the gemstones available at ABN Jewellers are natural and non-treated. A certificate of Authenticity can be provided as per the request of the customer. The customers have to pay for any third-party certification.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number after your order will be shipped. You can use the tracking number to view the latest tracking updates on your order page.
